How to remove spyware and adware.

The best way is to install a copy of Lavasoft's Adware and download the new definitions file, followed by a full scan of your system. Don't be alarmed at the number of objects it finds - there may be several hundred if you've not scanned your machine before. Deleting your temporary internet files before running the scan will reduce the time it takes. If you still get the pop-up adverts after that then you should contact us for assistance.
How to remove viruses from an infected PC.
The best solution for removing viruses from an infected PC is to get hold of a copy of stinger (you may not be able to download it using the infected PC as the virus may prevent access). Once you have a copy on your PC, make sure it is saved in "c:\temp". Now reboot your PC into safe mode. Once booted up you should run c:\temp\stinger.exe to remove any viruses. If you still think you have a virus or malware infection then you should contact us for assistance.
